Servicing Transfer Project Manager

The Servicing Transfer Project Manager is responsible for managing the acquisition and release of mortgage loans to and from RoundPoint’s system. The Servicing Transfer Project Manager has oversight of the daily functions of servicing transfers, which must be completed in compliance with RESPA, Investor Guidelines, CFPB, and applicable laws. This role will collaborate closely with sellers, servicers, MSR owners, the Loan Boarding data analyst team and internal business partners by serving as the point of contact on inbound and outbound service transfers. This includes developing schedules and timelines for each transfer, daily follow-up to ensure that each milestone is met, and answering internal and external inquiries relating to the transfer. Qualified candidates will be highly organized, results‑oriented, self‑starter, possess strong communication skills, have a background in mortgage servicing/organizations, and familiarity with regulatory requirements. Please note this is not a traditional Project Manager role, PMP certification is not relevant or required. Responsibilities Schedule and lead meetings with sellers, servicers, MSR owners and internal business units to: Ensure milestones and deliverables are met Foster and preserve positive relationships Manage pre‑and‑post transfer activities between sellers/servicers and internal business units Maintain organized documentation of service transfer records Ensure compliance with CFPB Servicing Rules and other applicable regulations Monitor Servicing Transfer Inbox Partner with management to ensure all service transfer documentation are current/up to date (Policies, procedures, transfer instructions, project plans, etc.) Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop best practices Take on additional roles as needed, training teammates and new team members Perform special projects along with managing daily responsibilities Incumbent will be responsible for meeting RoundPoint’s commitment to compliance Qualifications Two years of Service Transfer experience or five years of experience in the mortgage servicing industry Undergraduate degree or equivalent work-related experience Experience managing mid to large scale projects Excellent time management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills Demonstrated willingness and ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision while achieving stated objectives Demonstrated project management and business analysis skills Highly motivated self‑starter, organized and disciplined Expertise in consensus and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders Desired Technical Skills MSP / Black Knight – Functional operational knowledge Excel – (Intermediate) v‑lookups / pivot table SharePoint Physical Demands & Working Conditions Ability to communicate effectively through speech and hearing, both in-person and over the phone The employee is required to sit for extended periods of time and is occasionally required to stand and walk Remaining in a stationary position for extended periods, frequently sitting but occasionally involving standing or walking short distances; the employee may occasionally climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Regular use of hands and fingers for tasks like keyboarding, operating office equipment, and filing documents Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds, and potentially up to 20 pounds occasionally Ability to observe details at close range, such as viewing a computer screen, reviewing documents, and performing data analysis The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, and no extreme conditions are present Location Fort Mill, SC Coppell, TX Employee Status Exempt Travel None #J-18808-Ljbffr RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC
