Many of the products we distribute are already sitting in your home.Your Role HereIn your role of a Digital Print Production Team Lead, you will supervise daily print production operations and support a small team in a fast-paced environment. This role is hands-on and focuses on quality, efficiency, and teamwork.Your Experience and BackgroundBackground working in a manufacturing or print production environment.Solid understanding of digital print production workflows, including importing and preparing final art files.Ability to lead and follow production schedules in a fast-paced setting.Hands-on experience using digital print software to set up and manage production run volumes.Prior involvement in recruiting, hiring, or training manufacturing or production employees.Familiarity with troubleshooting routine print machine errors and equipment issues.Experience operating de-palletizers, conveyors, repalletizers, or similar production machinery.Certified or experienced in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment.Understanding of quality assurance processes within manufacturing or print operations.Knowledge in order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping processes.Strong dedication to workplace organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.High School Diploma or GED required with 2+ years' experience in a business environment preferred.What You Can Expect From UsBecause we're a well-known and respected leader in packaging, we have many opportunities here.
