Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess and prioritize patient needs upon arrival to ensure prompt treatment.
  
  
• 
  Administer advanced emergency care interventions in accordance with established protocols.
  
  
• 
  Document patient history, assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the EMR system.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient vital signs and respond rapidly to changing conditions during night shifts.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with all safety standards and certification requirements.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid RN license with at least 2 years of emergency department experience.
  
  
• 
  Possess current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate competence in treating patients of all ages and diverse emergency conditions.
  
  
• 
  Experienced with EPIC EMR software and hospital protocols.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work night shifts with rotating schedules as needed.
