Trauma-Informed Care Navigator for Court-Involved Clients

Osborne Association

The Osborne Association in City of Troy is seeking a Trauma Informed Care Specialist to provide intensive, trauma-informed support to clients involved in the criminal justice system. The role includes developing individualized care plans, providing counseling, and connecting clients to essential resources. This hybrid position requires in-person meetings and offers flexibility for remote work. Candidates must have a master's degree in social work and experience with trauma-informed care.
