Job Overview RN/LPN – Pediatric Private Duty Nursing positions are available throughout Pinellas County, FL. In this role you will provide skilled 1:1 nursing care in patients’ homes, administer medications and treatments within scope of practice, perform complex procedures such as G‑tube, trach, and vent care, and educate and support families. Shifts include weekdays, evenings, nights, weekends, and 24/7 coverage, with flexible scheduling and weekly pay. Largo, FL – Pay $28–$32/hr – Shifts Saturday & Sunday 7:00AM–7:00PM; Saturday 7:00PM–7:00AM – Skills required G‑Tube, Partial Assist – Patient: 3‑year‑old female. St. Petersburg, FL – Pay $30–$34/hr – Shifts Monday & Friday 9:00AM–9:00PM + additional night shifts – Skills required G‑Tube, Partial Assist. Clearwater, FL – Pay $28–$32/hr – Shifts Wednesday & Friday 6:00AM–6:00PM – Skills required G‑Tube, Epilepsy, Full Assist. St. Petersburg, FL – High‑Priority Referral Cases – Pay $32–$34/hr – Shifts Monday–Wednesday Nights 6:00PM–6:00AM – Skills required G‑Tube, Trach, Vent – Patient: 5‑year‑old female. St. Petersburg, FL – Pay $32–$34/hr – 24/7 Coverage – Skills required G‑Tube, Trach – Patient: 19‑year‑old male. Responsibilities Provide skilled 1:1 nursing care in the patient’s home according to the plan of care. Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice. Monitor patient condition and report changes appropriately. Perform G‑tube, trach, vent, seizure, and other skilled nursing interventions as needed. Educate and support caregivers and family members. Complete accurate and timely documentation. Requirements Active Florida RN or LPN license. Current CPR/BLS certification. Pediatric, home health, or private duty experience preferred. Trach and vent experience required for applicable cases. Reliable transportation. Ability to pass all required background screening and onboarding requirements.
