This role blends technical knowledge, customer education, and relationship-building. You'll assess each home, present clear options, and work closely with our install team to deliver a top-notch customer experience from start to finish.What You'll Be DoingExamine HVAC systems in residential customer homesPerform airflow analysis, load calculations, and infrared/static pressure measurementsRecommend the best equipment and solutions for each homePresent options clearly and help customers make confident, informed decisionsPartner with the HVAC install team to ensure a smooth, high-quality installation experienceWhat You'll NeedHigh school diploma or GEDPrior experience in residential HVAC sales (required)Comfortable using Microsoft OfficeExperience with customer service software such as ServiceTitan is preferred, but not requiredAbility to move equipment and work in attics or tight spaces as neededFlexibility to work evening and weekend callsValid driver's license with a clean driving record and backgroundIf you're customer-focused, confident in your HVAC knowledge, and ready to represent a company that truly values its people, we'd love to hear from you.
