About the Role: Sidecar Slider Bar in Bloomfield Twp is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station throughout each shift Engage guests with friendly, attentive service to create a welcoming atmosphere Accurately process drink orders, handle cash, and operate POS systems Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible beverage service guidelines Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service Assist with bar inventory, restocking, and end-of-shift breakdown and cleaning Requirements: Previous bartending or bar service experience preferred Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Must meet Michigan legal age requirements to serve alcohol TIPS or ServSafe alcohol certification is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a high-volume environment About Us: Stellar Business Solutions LLC is a proud Bloomfield Township, MI-based company committed to delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences.
