Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 Base + Profit Sharing + Future Equity Opportunity

An established dental organization that has already built the foundation for a successful laboratory operation, including existing staff, equipment, technology, and a built-in client base is seeking a hands-on  Dental Laboratory Manager  to take ownership of the lab, improve processes, develop the team, and help grow the operation into something much larger. This is a unique opportunity for someone who understands dental laboratory operations from start to finish and wants the chance to make a direct impact on the future of the business.

 

Position Overview

As the Dental Laboratory Manager, you will oversee the entire laboratory operation, from case intake and design coordination through production, quality control, doctor communication, and final delivery. You'll lead a small team, implement systems and workflows, improve efficiency, and help establish the structure needed to support future growth.

This role is ideal for someone who has grown through the dental laboratory industry and is looking for an opportunity to take ownership of an operation with significant long-term potential.

 

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dental laboratory experience
• Strong understanding of dental laboratory operations from A-Z
• Experience managing workflow, quality, scheduling, and production
• Ability to communicate effectively with doctors and dental offices
• Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead others
• Strong knowledge of digital dental workflows
• Experience with iTero and/or 3Shape systems
• Ability to establish processes and improve operational efficiency

 

Compensation & Perks
