Location Description Post Consumer Brands’ Fenton office serves as a satellite corporate location supporting a variety of business functions. With approximately 100 employees, the office works closely with headquarters to drive operations across finance, IT, marketing, and supply chain. About the Role As Sr. Director, B2B Pet, you will lead a dynamic business that includes both private label and co-manufacturing partnerships across the pet food industry. Reporting to the SVP/GM, B2B, this role owns the business strategy, commercial performance, customer relationships, and talent development efforts needed to drive sustainable growth and profitability. You'll lead a team of sales and marketing professionals while partnering across the organization to deliver results and unlock new growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Own the P&L and financial performance of the B2B Pet business, delivering against revenue, profit, and growth objectives. Develop annual operating plans, long-range strategies, innovation pipelines, and business development initiatives that position the business for future success. Lead cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, improve margins, optimize the portfolio, and drive operational excellence. Build and develop a high-performing sales and marketing organization through coaching, talent development, succession planning, and strategic hiring. Serve as a senior commercial leader with key customers and partners, representing the business in executive-level customer meetings and negotiations. Translate complex business challenges into clear strategies, priorities, and action plans that align teams and stakeholders. Lead the development and execution of plans across private label, co-manufacturing, eCommerce, club, specialty, and traditional retail channels. Partner across the enterprise to leverage resources, influence decision-making, and accelerate growth within a matrixed organization. Location & Travel Location: Fenton (St. Louis), MO or Lakeville, MN *Relocation assistance available Hybrid work schedule, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the office Travel will be required to support customer engagement, leadership meetings, and business operations across manufacturing and partner locations. Compensation The targeted base compensation for this position is $200,000-250,000.
