Purpose of the Role

Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial flat roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, and metal roofs. No prior roofing experience required — we're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals ready to learn and grow in the roofing and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks with professionalism and attention to detail
• Maintain strong punctuality, reliability, and work ethic
• Work safely and efficiently at all times
• Climb ladders frequently and work comfortably at heights
• Lift 60+ lbs regularly throughout the workday
• Bend, climb, kneel, and perform other physical tasks as needed
• Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Read tape measures and safely use hand tools
• Maintain a basic tool set (tool list provided)
• Follow job specifications, company procedures, and safety guidelines
• Use proper PPE and fall-protection systems
• Pass an employment physical and drug screening

• Dependability: Must be punctual and maintain consistent attendance
• Job Performance: Complete duties safely, efficiently, and with quality
• Conduct: Follow all worksite rules, company policies, and safety regulations; violations may result in disciplinary action, up to termination
