Booking Services Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Booking Services Coordinator to assist clients with researching options, coordinating arrangements, and managing booking details.

Responsibilities

Gather information regarding client needs and preferences
Research available options and services
Coordinate booking and reservation requests
Review details for accuracy
Provide clients with confirmations and relevant information
Assist with changes and special requests
Maintain accurate client and booking records
Follow up regarding outstanding information
Communicate with service providers
Provide professional support before and after reservations

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Customer-focused mindset
Comfortable researching information online
Able to learn web-based platforms
Strong follow-up skills
Reliable and professional
Customer service, reservations, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful
