Membership Services Coordinator

The New York Insurance Association (NYIA) is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and customer service focused membership services coordinator to support member communications, event planning and association operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys managing multiple projects, working collaboratively and contributing to a mission-driven organization representing New York's property and casualty insurance industry. Responsibilities include: Coordinating member communications and mass email distributions Maintaining NYIA and affiliated websites Assisting with webinars, conferences and member events Creating event materials, signage and marketing collateral Managing membership database Supporting office operations and member services Assisting with social media and association publications Qualifications: Associate's degree with related experience or bachelor's degree Excellent writing and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience with databases and Adobe Creative Suite Strong organizational and customer service skills Association or legislative experience is a plus Compensation and Benefits $50,000 - $65,000 (compensation based on qualifications and experience) Competitive benefits package NYIA offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team in a great work environment while supporting an organization dedicated to enhancing New York's property and casualty insurance marketplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr New York Insurance Association, Inc.
