Worship Director: Kissimmee Fellowship

The Worship Director is part-time role of 12 hours per week with the potential to expand given the needs of the church. The role allows for weekday schedule flexibility but requires hours on Sunday. The ideal candidate will be excited about using their gifts and talents to continue building the worship ministry in our church plant. Our music style is warm and Christ-centered – rooted in the historic Christian faith while reflecting the voices of our community, many from Latin America. We aim for worship that is sincere and participatory, creating environment where the whole church can sing together with joy. Position Qualifications: POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the worship team on Sunday mornings, including rehearsal before service. Oversee the production team (audio/video) in a mobile church plant Select Christ-centered songs and liturgy for each Sunday. Selecting the liturgy will be a gradual transition from collaboration with Pastor Heath to having ownership of this creative process. Schedule a monthly rehearsal as needed. Schedule worship team using Planning Center Services. Build all components of weekly slides in Proclaim.
