Finance Associate Attorney

LHH has the pleasure of working with a New Jersey law firm in its search for a Finance Attorney to join its collegial New Brunswick office. This is a firm where mentorship, training and client development are prioritized and regular events and team outings create a cohesive and supportive atmosphere! The firm is seeking a mid-level Finance Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join its dynamic team. This is a hybrid role with 2 remote workdays per week . Key Responsibilities: Represent both lenders and borrowers in a wide range of credit transactions. Draft and negotiate loan documents. Prepare for and manage loan closings. Experience in real estate financing matters is a plus. Salary range: $160,000–$190,000 plus performance-based and billable hour bonuses Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), CLEs, and more.
