Hiring: Lead Consultant – Business Analyst / Product Owner (Indirect Lending) Location Boca Raton, FL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Required Experience 10+ years in IT / Banking / Financial Services Strong Product Owner / Business Analyst background Hands-on experience in Indirect Lending (Home Improvement, Remodeling, Flipping, Service Financing) Expertise in Digital Banking Platforms, API integrations, Open Banking, Mobile/Web modernization Strong Agile / SAFe experience (PI Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning) Experience with requirement gathering, user stories, UAT, release management Exposure to UiPath / RPA automation (preferred) Experience in banking transformation / modernization programs (Truist-like integrations preferred) Key Skills Product Ownership Agile/SAFe Digital Banking Consumer Lending API Mapping Mobile/Web Platforms
