What You’ll Do As a Restaurant Manager at The Boulevard Bar & Grille, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly every day. Here’s what you can expect to do: Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness. Lead, support, and develop our team to create a positive and productive work environment. Communicate effectively with staff and guests to ensure a seamless dining experience. Jump in where needed—whether it’s helping on the floor, in the kitchen, or with deliveries. Manage guest satisfaction and resolve any issues with professionalism and care. Assist with event bookings and other opportunities to grow the business. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who brings energy, leadership, and a can‑do attitude to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the restaurant industry. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example. A calm and collected demeanor, even in a busy environment. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
