POSITION OVERVIEW:

The role of a Pediatric Emergency Room Nurse involves providing care in the ER specifically for pediatric patients requiring urgent medical attention. Nurses in this specialty must thrive in high-pressure environments and adapt to the dynamic nature of emergency departments, which can often be fast-paced and challenging.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicants must have a minimum of one year of recent experience in a Pediatric ER setting. A South Carolina State Healthcare Provider license is required or the willingness to obtain one.

NECESSARY CERTIFICATIONS:

This role may necessitate one or more of the following certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS.
