Business Analyst

Introduction: The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business systems, understanding user needs, and formulating solutions to parallel overall business strategies. They will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions and ensuring project success. Responsibilities Act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams Analyze current legacy systems and identify inefficiencies Translate business needs into actionable, technical solutions Document requirements in Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) Create process maps to visualize current vs future state Negotiate requirement trade-offs and manage project timelines and costs Participate in testing phase by creating test cases and ensuring alignment with original requirements Serve as the central point of contact between users, technical teams, and stakeholders Requirements Minimum Requirements Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.YearsRequired/PreferredExperience8RequiredAnalyze current legacy system, identify inefficiencies, and translate business needs into technical solutions8RequiredDocument requirements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)8PreferredTranslate abstract ideas into structured business requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr ArnAmy, Inc.
