Custom Computer Specialists, Inc. is looking for a motivated Deskside Support Technician to join our team!This person is responsible for providing first/second level support for all incoming help desk calls via phone and email as well as providing desk-side support in a higher-educational environment. What You’ll Do: Handles Deskside support requests/issues escalated from the Help Desk Configure, deploy, and provide support for Windows and Apple hardware/software Configure, deploy, and provide support for peripheral hardware (printers, etc.) What You Bring: 2 years’ experience in hardware and software support required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems Complete confidence in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows and Apple platforms Complete confidence in creating and deploying images on Windows and Apple platforms Able to lift 50 lbs.
