• 8+ years of experience leading complex global business or ERP transformation programs, including governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and delivery execution.
• Experience leading SAP S/4HANA Finance/RTR implementations with knowledge of accounting, controls, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Proven success driving SAFe Agile delivery, Jira-based program management, and cross-functional team execution in a large-scale environment.
• Strong organizational change management, executive communication, and AI-enabled productivity capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree and relevant certifications (SAFe, PMP, PgMP, Prosci, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Helix SAP S/4HANA Finance RTR transformation across global business and corporate functions.
• Serve as deputy to the Senior Director, providing leadership support, strategic recommendations, and executive-level stakeholder engagement.
• Drive program planning and execution by managing scope, priorities, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Lead SAFe Agile practices, including PI planning, sprint execution, dependency management, and performance tracking.
• Utilize Jira to manage program governance, backlog execution, risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting.
