Qualifications

• 6+ years of transferable experience in sales, sales excellence or sales operations roles
• Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on driving sales excellence
• Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of sales excellence strategies and initiatives in collaboration with Regional Sales Excellence team.
• Design, optimize and implement sales processes, methodologies, and tools to drive sales performance and efficiency.
• Provide expert guidance and support to the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives
• Support business reviews, AOP planning, SIP planning, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address sales process gaps and opportunities
