Associate Strategic Insights Manager (REMOTE)

Stryker seeks a strategic insights manager to generate business and market intelligence supporting Customer Solutions strategy and growth initiatives. The role combines enterprise market analysis with analytical support for marketing teams, operating remotely with preference for EST/CST time zones.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and synthesize macro healthcare trends affecting ASC growth and supply chain dynamics
- Integrate market research, voice-of-customer data, and competitive intelligence into unified insights
- Build market models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support strategic planning
- Develop executive-ready insights and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- Provide analytical support to upstream marketing teams on key initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6+ years professional work experience
- 2+ years healthcare industry experience in analytics, strategic planning, or market research
- 1+ year using AI tools in work systems
- 1+ year presenting insights and strategic recommendations to senior leaders
- Power BI strongly preferred
- MBA preferred
Compensation: $89,300 - $193,400 USD Annual (varies by pay band and location)
