Strategy Insights and Planning Manager – Beyond Healthcare As a senior leader within the Strategy Practice, you will drive high‑impact client engagements, shape commercial strategy, and play a critical role in growing both our client relationships and internal capabilities. This role blends strategic leadership, business development, and team mentorship. What you’ll do Lead strategic delivery of high‑stakes projects, orchestrating solutions for C‑suite stakeholders. Design and implement proprietary go‑to‑market frameworks to address SaaS and growth challenges. Act as trusted advisor to senior executives (SVPs), bridging product innovation and revenue objectives. Identify white‑space opportunities within existing accounts and spearhead market entry for new clients. Convert project wins into firm‑wide thought leadership and new service offerings. Drive practice scaling and expansion of the Strategy Practice. Role model high‑performance culture and mentor consultants and associates. Develop and lead internal training programs to sharpen analytical and leadership skills. What you’ll bring MBA from a leading university preferred, with strong academic performance. 6–8+ years of management consulting experience, with increasing responsibility. Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex projects. Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management. Strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders. Excellent problem‑solving skills, combining strategic thinking with attention to detail. Experience in B2B marketing, sales, or go‑to‑market strategy preferred. Strong ownership mindset and personal initiative. Ability to balance big‑picture thinking with detail‑oriented execution. Highly organized with planning and prioritization skills. Collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring others. High level of motivation, curiosity, and intellectual rigor. Hybrid working model We combine on‑site work at clients or ZS offices three days a week with remote work two days a week, fostering collaboration and flexibility. Travel Client‑facing work requires business travel as needed to strengthen relationships and support projects.
