Strategy Manager

This role is ideal for someone who can zoom out to see the big picture while staying grounded in the details. You’ll work closely with executives and cross-functional teams to drive strategic planning, manage high-impact initiatives, and ensure our corporate priorities are aligned and actionable. What You’ll Do Strategic Planning: Partner with leaders to develop and track mid‑ and long‑term strategic roadmaps. Execution & Project Management: Coordinate strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment and timely delivery. Corporate Scorecard: Own and evolve the scorecard to monitor progress across business units. Operational Reporting: Lead monthly reporting to synthesize performance and progress for leadership. Executive Engagement: Prepare materials and presentations for executive meetings and follow‑ups. Research & Analysis: Conduct deep dives to support decision‑making and strategic direction. Cross‑Functional Influence: Build trusted relationships and drive alignment across teams. What You’ll Bring 12+ years of experience, including 8+ in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or consulting. 3+ years in an operating company, translating strategy into execution. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills. Strong analytical thinking with a practical mindset. Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced, cross‑cultural environments. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; fluency in Japanese is a plus.
