Position Overview Are you an RN seeking a Med‑Surg Neuro Stepdown position where critical thinking, compassionate care, and patient recovery go hand in hand? The Medical Surgical Neuro Registered Nurse (RN) at United Health Services (UHS) provides high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to patients with neurological and medical-surgical conditions. Primary Department, Division, or Unit: MT3 Neuro Stepdown, UHS Wilson Medical Center. Primary Work Shift: Night Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 24 Compensation Range: $40.70 - $61.05 per hour, depending on experience Sign-on Incentive: Experienced candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $25,000. Education/Experience Minimum Required A graduate of an accredited school of Nursing Preferred: Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing Previous clinical nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting License/Certification Minimum Required Current NYS RN License Preferred: Professional certification in a related nursing specialty Relevant skills certification (i.e., ACLS, PALS, TNCC) as required by home unit assigned.
