Grow Your Real Estate Career With Nova Estates
Nova Estates is looking for driven real estate sales agents who want to build a stronger business across LA County, Ventura County, Orange County, and the Temecula Valley.
Led by George Kpachavi, Nova Estates is a fast-growing real estate team with 60–70 agents and multiple office locations throughout Southern California.
This opportunity is for agents who want a serious operating platform, not just a place to hang their license.

The team is built to help agents improve faster, stay accountable, and create more real estate conversations.
Training:New agents receive onboarding and training designed to help them become productive quickly.
Training includes lead conversion, role play, Zillow Boot Camp, listing appointment preparation, follow-up structure, and weekly sessions with team leadership.
Agents who want to improve their skills, build confidence, and learn how to convert more opportunities will fit well here.
Markets:Nova Estates serves a wide Southern California footprint, including:
- San Fernando
- Whittier
- Palmdale
- Sherman Oaks
- LA County
- Ventura County
- Orange County
- Temecula Valley
The team currently has offices in San Fernando, Palmdale, Sherman Oaks, and Whittier, with Lake Elsinore opening soon.
