• Hours/Week: 40 hours/week

• License/Certifications: Active North Carolina license, NC DEA, Board Certification (Board Certified PA or Family NP), BLS required
• Experience: At least 12 months of adult and pediatric urgent care experience (6 months+ pediatrics), no new grads
• Proficiency: Experience with EPIC EMR preferred

What You ll Do:

• Provide adult and pediatric urgent care, including minor procedures such as lac repairs and ear irrigations
• Manage up to 60 patients per day (average 45) independently as the sole provider
• Document all visits accurately using Epic EMR system
• Maintain a positive, patient-focused attitude
• Collaborate with support staff and follow protocols for minor procedures
• Participate in mandatory training sessions scheduled on Wednesdays

What You Need:

Required:

• Valid North Carolina medical license and NC DEA
• Board Certification (PA or NP) with Family NP or Urgent Care specialization
• Minimum 12 months of urgent care experience with adults and pediatrics
• Proficiency in Epic EMR (training provided)
• Ability to see and treat all patients independently in a high-volume setting
• Good soft skills and teamwork orientation

Preferred:

• Prior experience with lac repairs and minor procedures
