Lifecycle Marketing Manager

To scale the rider and user retention ecosystem, the full-time remote Lifecycle Marketing Manager will manage lifecycle campaigns, design advanced experimentation strategies, and collaborate with data science to deliver personalized user journeys. Key responsibilities Act as the single source of truth for lifecycle campaigns, architecting cross-channel strategies and owning data science analytics Design and execute sophisticated Multi-Armed Bandit experiments to optimize content and user engagement based on real-time feedback Collaborate with Data Science to implement advanced segmentation models for hyper-personalized user experiences Required qualifications 4+ years of lifecycle or growth marketing experience in a fast-paced B2C environment Strong understanding of data science methodologies and statistical significance measurement Hands-on technical proficiency with enterprise CRM engines, preferably Braze Proficiency in data visualization tools and strong spreadsheet modeling skills Experience managing JIRA-style ticketing frameworks for cross-functional alignment
