We’re hiring Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives for immediate start. This is a full-time customer service opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and want to build valuable experience in customer service, sales, events, promotions, and community outreach .
No previous experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.
If you have experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, sales, customer service, fundraising, or other people-facing roles , you may already have skills that transfer well to this position.
Responsibilities- Provide friendly, professional customer service and face-to-face support
- Interact directly with customers and community members
- Answer questions and provide clear information about products, services, and campaigns
- Assist with customer engagement, promotional activities, and live events
- Build positive relationships through professional and personable communication
- Address customer questions or concerns and help find appropriate solutions
- Work with team members to achieve daily customer service and performance goals
- Maintain a professional and welcoming presence throughout each interaction
- No customer service experience required
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with people
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
