Digital Media Director

Seeking an entrepreneurial Digital Media Director, this full-time remote position will manage existing B2C accounts, build a new internal media capability, and develop strategic foundations for scaling the digital media department. Key responsibilities Evaluate and implement digital paid media tools and infrastructure to establish the digital media department Manage day-to-day operations of active clients and serve as the authoritative voice on paid strategy Oversee multi-channel campaigns across platforms like Paid Social, Paid Digital, and Streaming Media while focusing on performance-driven programming Required qualifications Proven experience in digital paid media planning, buying, and strategy Strong business development skills with experience in building industry relationships and participating in RFPs High emotional intelligence and exceptional soft skills for team integration Analytical problem-solving skills with a track record of improving campaign performance Comfortable managing budgets for small to medium-sized business clients
