Position: D&T Help Desk Analyst

Location: Remote (Must work CST hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM CST)

Duration: Long-term Contract (Potential for Extension and Full-Time Conversion)

Payrate: $25/hr on W2

Key Responsibilities

Provide phone-based technical support (30–40 calls per day).
Troubleshoot login, email, Office 365, and software-related issues.
Assist users with mobile device support and basic technical troubleshooting.
Deliver excellent customer service while guiding users through issue resolution.

Required Skills

2+ years of Help Desk or Technical Support experience.
Microsoft Office 365
Login and email issues
Basic desktop support
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to walk users through technical issues over the phone.

Preferred Skills

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) support.
iOS/mobile device support.
Computer troubleshooting and desktop support experience.
