Manager, HR Technology Full Time Professional Lake Mary, FL, US 13 days ago Requisition ID: 1249 The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and forward‑thinking Manager, Technology to lead the implementations and optimization of our people systems and processes. This role utilizes operational excellence to ensure our HR function scales effectively as the company grows. You will be responsible for building a seamless employee experience, driving HR technology adoption, and overseeing core HR operations. This is an IN‑OFFICE position, located in Lake Mary, FL. What You'll Do HR Technology Strategy: Collaborate with HR leadership to help evaluate and contribute to the HR tech roadmap, selecting and implementing systems (HRIS, ATS, performance tools, payroll, benefits platforms) that align with business needs. Process Optimization: Streamline HR workflows (onboarding, offboarding, payroll, compliance, performance reviews) to ensure efficiency and scalability. Data & Analytics: Develop people analytics dashboards to provide insights on workforce trends, retention, engagement, and productivity. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure HR operations meet legal, regulatory, and ethical standards across jurisdictions. Employee Experience: Partner with leadership to design processes that enhance engagement, career development, and overall employee satisfaction. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HR technology vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring ROI. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, IT, and business leaders to align HR operations with company goals. Success in this role looks like HR systems are integrated, automated, and user‑friendly. Employees experience smooth, transparent processes from hire to retire. Leadership has access to real‑time people data for decision‑making. HR operations scale efficiently as the company grows. Organizational Relationships Positions directly reporting to this position (titles): Vice President, Total Rewards and HR Technology What You Bring Education Bachelor’s Degree in related field Experience 5+ years in HR operations, HRIS management, or people analytics, ideally in a growth‑stage company Specific job knowledge, skills, and ability Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP, Greenhouse preferred), payroll systems, and integrations. Analytical Skills: Ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership. Ability to research and troubleshoot system issues to respond to HR counterparts or employees with questions. General skills: High standards for follow‑ups to HR and business leaders.
