It is the foundation of The Memorial Experience.Summary:Provides specialized technical and operational support for Human Resources information systems (HRIS) to all levels of the organization.Responsibilities:Works to resolve user interface issues and recommends steps to prevent recurrences. Determines origin of system malfunctions and works collaboratively with staff and/or vendors to resolve problems.Installs, operates, tests and maintains Human Resources information systems.
