Summary The Team Lead at the Michigan Avenue flagship will support the Store Director and Team Managers in driving sales, mentoring staff, and delivering an exceptional luxury client experience. This role balances client development and floor leadership while contributing to operational excellence and category initiatives. The Team Lead acts as a brand ambassador and helps maintain the store's market position.
