By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Delivery Manager to join our team in Carlsbad, California (US-CA), United States (US).Day to Day Job Duties: Act as Delivery Manager for key San Diego-based account Responsible for the successful and high-quality execution of work done from all locations (onsite, near-shore and offshore) Responsible for client expectation management on all delivery related aspects working closely with Client Manager Responsible for proactive productivity improvement, best practice implementation, innovation and drive Continuous Improvement efforts Identify and escalate delivery and engagement issues to Client Manager / Executive committee in a timely manner and track to the closure Responsible for meeting Service Levels and all other customer commitments made in Work Order or Statement of Work Responsible for tracking and meeting Gross Margin targets. Work closely with the Delivery Director and Client Manager to achieve the revenue and gross margin targets for the account. Ensure resource backup and succession planning is in place Support development of proposals, account growth opportunities, RFP responses (validate solutions, staffing, and delivery model) Responsible for SOW preparation Monthly and quarterly dashboard preparation and presentation to the steering committee and customer stakeholders Focal performance and salary review of employees Responsible for staffing the new deals/work assignments/discretionary projectsBasic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in STEM field 5+ years business consulting or corporate related experience 3+ years of direct experience with SAP projects or implementations 1+ years Project management Must be able to travel up to 50%Nice to Have Qualifications: Preferred experience transitioning from a Time and Material approach to Managed Services Preferred experience managing both Project and Support activitiesThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
