Field Mechanic

We are looking for a FIELD MECHANIC to join our team Midland,TX. As a Field Mechanic with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mobile heavy equipment and supporting plant maintenance. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, filter replacements, lubrication) on heavy equipment. Use diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to troubleshoot and repair machinery. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs and report major issues to senior mechanics or supervisors. Qualifications A high school diploma or GED. A minimum of one year of technical school training or equivalent hands‑on experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair. Experience repairing diesel and gas engines.
