Lead Line Cook - Caroline

White Lodging is hiring a Lead Line Cook to join our culinary team! This kitchen leadership role is designed for an experienced line cook ready to step toward becoming a Sous Chef. In this position, you will serve as a Sous Chef in training, leading daily back‑of‑house operations, mentoring junior kitchen staff, and maintaining a smooth workflow in a fast‑paced hotel kitchen.
