We are looking for a Collections Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for securing billing payments from your customers.
- Collection Solutions is growing and is seeking FT-PT Experienced Collection Specialists with at least 2 years of proven experience in third-party collections.
- You will be responsible for achieving recovery goals by making outbound calls and handling inbound calls. Our team negotiates payment arrangements and settlement agreements based upon analysis of the borrower's ability to pay to satisfy their indebtedness.
- You will use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets. Additional responsibilities include managing your work queue and documenting accounts.
- We are looking for Collection Specialists that bring their "A" game every day and take initiative by taking a problem and turning it into a positive Solution.
- Day and evening shifts are available as well as weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Find and inform customers about unpaid accounts
- Receive and post the payment to the customer's account
- Advise and follow up with customers on unpaid accounts
- Initiate repossession proceedings or disconnect service
- Keep records and status of customer's account
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in billing, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
