Graphic DesignerAs Graphic Designer for North Point Hospitality, you'll support creative needs across our corporate office and hotel portfolio, working closely with our Marketing team, hotel leaders, Sales teams, Food & Beverage teams, and executive leadership. You'll be responsible for creating compelling, brand-right materials that help us sell rooms, book meetings and events, promote restaurants and experiences, recruit great people, and strengthen the North Point Hospitality brand.We're looking for a team member who brings both creativity and execution to the table.Why Join Us?Free Parking / On Bus RouteEarly Access to Earned WagesMedical, Dental and Vision InsuranceTravel Discounts401K MatchPTO After 90 DaysCompetitive PayWhat you'll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned):Typography, layout, color, photography, and visual storytellingWork within established brand standards while still finding ways to make the work freshManage multiple projects, properties, brands, and deadlines simultaneouslyLearn about emerging design trends, tools, and AI-powered creative technologyDesign in all manner of print and digital formats to support business needs including posters/flyers, reports, signage, social media, HR/recruiting and emailCapture relevant and timely content on property and in market for social media contentCoordinate marketing support of all hotel teams and departmentsCollaborate on design projects with teammates and other business partnersAble to work independently to solve problems, while also working with a team for collaborationWhat we're looking for:College degree in graphic design, communications, marketing or related preferredStrong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills through professional, freelance, internship, or academic work.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CanvaStrong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with excellent command of grammar and punctuationUnderstands that sometimes great creative also needs to happen quicklyCan work independently while collaborating with a wide range of personalities and departmentsKnowledge and proven track record in graphic designExcellent communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Power PointAbout North Point Hospitality North Point Hospitality was started in 1978 and is located in Atlanta, Georgia. We build high-quality hotels in popular areas. Over the years, we've worked with big hotel companies like Hilton and Marriott to create these projects. So far, we've built 38 hotels from the ground up, investing over $600 million. Today, we own and manage 9 hotels in the Southeast, including 8 that are part of the Hilton and Marriott brands. We're also working on 5 more hotels that are either being built or planned.
