We are a full-service distributor of Generac equipment and solutions providing sales, service and rentals.We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Contract Coordinator at our Marlborough, MA facility!Support the contract lifecycle by processing incoming Opportunities from the Sales Team and maintaining accurate records of agreements. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, acting as a supporting role to manage contracts while facilitating daily administrative tasks.Responsibilities:Accurately inputs contract details per the department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into CRM systemMaintains organized files, reviews contracts for completeness, and tracks contract changes or amendmentsVerifies that agreements adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standardsAudits existing data for errors or discrepancies and makes necessary correctionsInteracts with clients and internal teams (Sales/Credit Team/Shared Services/Logistics) to resolve discrepancies and obstaclesUpdates database to reflect the current status of contracts, including renewals, new business, amendments, and contract cancellationsMinimum Qualifications:High school diplomaPreferred Qualifications:Associate or bachelor’s Degree or comparable experienceKnowledge / Skills / AbilitiesExperience with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)Strong 10-key and typing proficiencyHigh level of accuracy in data entryAbility to handle multiple contracts and meet tight deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsPhysical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.
