ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened its legacy office in April 2013 and expanded with our MOA office in November 2019, growing into a collaborative, people first team. Before becoming an agent, I spent 12 years in IT marketing, but my passion for helping others, especially with financial planning, led me into agency life.

I hold two Bachelor’s degrees and two Master’s degrees, and I am a proud parent of a 20 year old son studying Statistics and Mathematics at the University of Michigan. Outside of work, I enjoy volleyball, pickleball, and yoga, and I stay active in the community through cultural associations and contributions to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jay Munj - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Bilingual Arabic preferred.

COMPENSATION:

• Base salary of 31-42k depending on experience
• Expected annual earnings of 40-60k after bonuses and commission
