Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Room/Emergency Department on a travel assignment in Asheville, North Carolina. This role will be based in a high-volume, Level 2 trauma center, providing a dynamic and challenging work environment for skilled nursing professionals.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED:

• Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department
• Manage patient ratios typically 4:1, up to 7:1 on ED behavioral holds
• Work collaboratively with a team, providing coaching and real-time feedback
• Adapt to all areas of the ED as needed

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED:

• Valid Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level 2 trauma center
• At least 1 year of experience in an ER setting
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS prior to start date; ENPC within 90 days
