Compensation and Bonus Structure Base salary from $92,000 to $127,000 annually. Uncapped performance bonuses. Mentorship and certification bonuses for supervising trainees and therapists. Sign on bonus up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Relocation package available. 401(k) with company match. Scheduling and Work‑Life Balance Up to 3 remote work days per month and 16 assessment‑related remote days per year. Monday‑Friday daytime hours.
