Sales Representative - Charlottesville, VA - Neurosurgical

Field-based sales representative role selling neurosurgical products across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include driving sales performance, supporting surgical procedures, educating clinical teams, and building customer relationships with hospitals and surgeons.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by promoting neurosurgical products and meeting assigned sales goals
• Support product evaluations, surgical procedures, and clinical demonstrations in operating rooms
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals on products and clinical applications
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, and surgical stakeholders
• Track sales activity and territory performance using business tools and reporting processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device or healthcare
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout assigned territory
• Ability to provide in-person support during procedures in clinical environments
• Ability to stand extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Medical device or neurosurgical sales experience preferred
• Demonstrated success achieving sales quotas and territory growth objectives

Compensation: 100% commission eligible for bonuses plus benefits
