This position is based onsite at our Valkyrie Clinical Trials site in Century City, Los Angeles.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary HR business partner for site leadership and employees across multiple clinical research locationsOffer strategic and hands-on support to site leadership and employees with a heavy focus on employee relations, compliance, policy advisement, workforce planning, and organizational supportPartner with site and regional leadership to identify workforce needs and implement strategic HR solutions aligned with business goalsEnsures alignment with Flourish Research's policies, values, and operational goalsSupport the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, engagement, compensation, leaves of absence, and offboardingProvide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and team developmentConduct investigations and support resolution of employee relations issues in a fair, consistent, and compliant mannerEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, with a strong emphasis on California labor lawCollaborate with Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and HR leadership to support recruiting, retention, and talent development initiativesPromote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture aligned with Flourish Research valuesUtilize HR data and metrics to inform decisions and recommend process improvementsLead organizational initiatives, change management efforts, and HR projects across the networkMaintain consistent communication with leadership, employees, and corporate HR teamsAdditional duties as assigned by management
