Job Summary:
The ICU (Intensive Care Unit) registered nurse position is located in Cleveland, Ohio, within a specialized 10-bed Heart Failure Intensive Care Unit in a large Magnet designation academic medical center. This role involves providing critical care for patients, including those with LVAD (Left Ventricular Assist Device), heart transplants, and other hemodynamic monitoring needs, requiring experience with Swan-Ganz catheter procedures.

Job Details:

• Location: Cleveland, Ohio
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: No minimum experience required; must have Swan-Ganz catheter experience for hemodynamic monitoring for LVAD and Heart Transplant patients. Preference for device experience including LVAD, IABP, Impella.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with LVAD, IABP, or Impella devices is highly desirable.
• Additional Information: The unit focuses on advanced heart failure patients requiring intensive hemodynamic management and device therapy. Candidates should be comfortable working in a high-acuity ICU environment and managing complex cardiac care protocols.
