General Warehouse Clerk

IDR is seeking a General Warehouse Clerk to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Franklin, Massachusetts. In this role, you will support day-to-day distribution center operations by accurately pulling, checking, and shipping product and equipment orders. This is a great chance to contribute to a high-volume logistics and supply chain environment focused on safety, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Position Overview for the General Warehouse Clerk:

• Pull, verify, and ship product and equipment orders to customers and internal locations
• Complete required order paperwork and perform accuracy checks throughout the process
• Use company-approved computer software to process transactions and support warehouse workflows
• Receive and stock inbound shipments, ensuring proper product rotation and pick locations are stocked
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory while following warehouse regulations and procedures

Requirements for the General Warehouse Clerk:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail for completing paperwork accurately
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate motorized warehouse equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights up to 36 feet
