The salary range for this role is competitive, between USD 90,000 and 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual therapy and counseling services to patients experiencing mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans that are culturally competent and tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Regularly monitor patient progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on client response and collaboration with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers.

• Educate and empower patients and their families by providing information about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
