Senior Director, Global Pricing Execution

Revolution Medicines

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Director to build and lead global pricing capabilities for its emerging oncology portfolio. This strategic role involves establishing pricing architecture, developing integrated reimbursement strategies, and partnering across commercial, market access, and regional teams to support launch execution.

Responsibilities

Establish global pricing architecture including list-price strategy, country sequencing, and launch recommendations
Develop integrated pricing and reimbursement strategies in partnership with Market Access teams
Lead creation of financial models covering gross-to-net, demand, revenue, and access scenarios
Design pricing governance, discounting principles, and exception-management processes for regional execution
Monitor price realization, gross-to-net performance, and contracting outcomes through analytics dashboards

Requirements

Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MBA) in Health Economics, Public Policy, or Life Sciences
12+ years global pricing, market access, health economics, or policy experience in biopharmaceuticals
Deep understanding of pricing and reimbursement systems across US, EU, Japan, and emerging markets
Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic decision-making
Experience developing pricing strategy, financial models, and governance frameworks
Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with commercial, regulatory, and finance teams
