CT Technologist

Role Overview: Performs computerized imaging procedures, operates and monitors imaging equipment, and assists patients and physicians as needed. Responsibilities include: Conducting imaging exams such as CT, X-ray, nuclear medicine, or radiation therapy, troubleshooting equipment, and providing physical or psychological support to patients, considering their limitations. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology preferred. Skills: Proficiency in computer software, troubleshooting abilities, and patient support skills. Licensure/Certifications: BLS from AHA or Red Cross; valid radiologic or nuclear medicine licenses, ARRT or NMTCB certifications, with additional certification in CT within one year of hire. Experience: Less than one year in computerized imaging or recent post‑secondary CT program graduate; preferred one year of radiology-related experience or CT imaging experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
